How to make Wagashi Uguisumochi Japanese traditional Sweets Recipe

i made Japanese traditional spring sweets Uguisumochi.
it's sold at Wagashi shop in early spring.
Uguisu means Japanese bush warbler,and it's known as the bird that heralds spring in japan.
Uguisumochi consists with mochi dough and anko.it's so soft and very stretchy.
if you come to japan in spring(someday) please try this candy at Wagashi shop;)

ingredients
30g shiratamako
60ml water
food color green
20g sugar
100g anko(devide into 5balls)
blue toasted soy bean flour
